Structure
The architecture of the MindsOnFire application is unique and important. It is the three-tier structure that makes the Small Business Program possible. Use the diagram below to aid in understanding.

At the Partner Level [P] (the Chamber, Association or Bank), the administrator may build and distribute training directly to individual Learners [L]. The Chamber may also allocate courses to Members (Customers [C]) for distribution to their Learners. Each Partner automatically has an Interactive Customer [C] available for these purposes. The green arrows (-->) in the chart below show how the Chamber - Partner, through its Interactive Customer, distributes training to Customer-Members.

At the Customer [C] (or Member) level, the subject matter expert builds courses, tests and surveys and creates the profiles that are used to register Learners [L]. Learners may be employees, customers, potential customers, or suppliers, etc. When Learners login they find assigned courses and surveys available for immediate access. Learner [L] activity is tracked and made available to the Member [C] (Customer) administrator through very flexible and complete reporting. At the Chamber's choice a Member may offer courses using credit card billing.

Program Options
1. In Option One, the Chamber will establish the Member as a Customer on the Chamber branded site. This will enable the Member to create, distribute and track training and surveys to its employees, customers and suppliers. At an additional charge the Member may be setup to sell training using Verisign service through MOF. Verisign (and its competition) has its own charges associated with its service. MOF offers secure service through SSL technology.

Option One includes two free courses for Member-Customers for use with their employees: "Reading and Understanding the Material Safety Data Sheet," and/or "Bar code basics for Retail," and/or "Safety Signage and Labeling for Hazardous Chemicals."

Option One is limited to small businesses with less than 50 employees or less than $1M in revenue.

2. In Option Two, The Chamber will offer the Partner option to Members who will then work directly with MOF. An example of a corporate Partner is Universal Forest Products, which services its 4500 employees in 80+ international locations. An example of an industrial training company Partner is Fisher Interactive Training (South Bend, IN), which sells training to its national customer base.

Option Two enables each new partner to obtain a customized version of the online courses: "Reading and Understanding the Material Safety Data Sheet," and/or "Bar code basics for Retail," and/or "Safety Signage and Labeling for Hazardous Chemicals." Partners are charged for these courses at $50 per month (unlimited usage) for each month that the course is "published."

Option Two is limited to businesses with less than $100M in revenue.
