What is MindsOnFire?

MindsOnFire Interactive, Inc. is an e-Learning ASP and training content developer focusing on corporate training.  The company provides a full range of online learning services to corporations.  These services enable corporate clients to reach a widely distributed work force, customer or supplier base easily and inexpensively.  MindsOnFire adds value for its customers through hosting cost effective, high quality instructional media and providing online learning consultation.  Formerly Stone River Interactive, MindOnFire was created in 2000 under the leadership of Michael Crump whose award-winning talent in the CD-ROM-based corporate training market has won the company the Absolute Excellence in Electronic Media (AXIEM) Award.
 

Michael Crump’s business background is in organizational development,training design, training delivery, management and learning evaluation.  Prior to joining the company, Michael was founder and Managing Director of Strategy Research, an organizational and market research firm with offices in Boston and Hong Kong.  This firm was sold in 1995 to the Faneuil Group of Boston.  Before starting his own firm he spent several years at the Center for Instructional Design at Syracuse University and held various corporate positions including Vice President of Training for Lincoln National Insurance and Smith, Kline & French.
 

MindsOnFire promotes improved productivity through its unique management system of standard and customized performance reporting.  Through content agreements and custom course development, MindsOnFire delivers specific and critical corporate training and vertical industry education.  Current industry targets are Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Health Care and Retail covering ISO9000, OSHA, and other compliance related training.
